38" Black Acoustic Guitar Starter Package (Guitar, Gig Bag, Strap, Pick) Recent Reviews

Water supply I guess you get what you pay for, cause this thing was skilled for like a month before it literally self-destructed. As the back of the guitar broke due to the tension of the strings, causing the fret enter to curve forward and making the guitar arch like a bow. Needless to say this made it impossible to mess about as the strings at sea all tension and everywhere powerless to mess about clarification properly, clear the strings everywhere now way above the fret enter so that they everywhere extremely tricky to press not effective and imposible to press not effective lacking touching the additional strings. If you want a skilled low-deprivation guitar go to a music pile and get one.

I am very happy including this purchase. I've permanently sought after to gather the guitar but I didn't want to pay a lot of money for a beginner' guitar. I searched online for quite a while and came upon this guitar. I saw the price of it and all the additional bits and pieces that came including it and thought to for myself that in view of the fact that it's so "cheap" and I'm just learning to play, it would be a skilled deal to purchase it. I also thought that because is was so cheap, that the quality of the guitar would be poor. I'm happy to say that I was ill-treat. The quality of this "cheap" guitar is outstanding. I am so pleaed including it, plus all the bits and pieces that came including it. I feel as though I "stoled" it. What a great product. I just tenderness it. It looks and sounds wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone who desires a skilled guitar, flush those who play professionally.

The guitar was unplayable. It was never able to tune accurately and I had to return it in the end. The instrument and strings were so low-cost with the intention of by the calculate I refined tuning all of the strings, I had to immediately tune the initially one again, and so on, since it was by now out of tune before I could even mess about a chord. I planning with the intention of it could be just me (although I doubted it since I owned a further low-cost guitar previously), but my supporter who has played for many being tried to tune it and she told me the constant thing - it was basically un-tunable.However, I was thankful with the intention of as I complained in this area the problem, the company responded aptly dead and gave me a full refund, counting shipping expenditure. I asked for the take up to return it, but they were extremely nice and said to keep it. Of course, it is unplayable so not sure what unpleasantly do with it, but it was nice to not be inflicted with to go to the trouble of returning it.

This guitar just came today, shipped just fine, came in 2 days since the carter was a state or two away. The guitar works. It has strings that can be tuned, there's a sound hole, and when you strum, generally speaking, nice noise comes from it. It's nothing special, but hey, look at the price of it. There are no markers on the fret board so if you're a beginner or cannot easily tell which fret you're on, you need to actually count it out. Personally, I hate the little design around the sound hole, however, it's not any reason to poorly review this product, because again, look at the price. Anyhow, the guitar also came with a second set of strings which work just fine. It came with a ginormous plectrum but I already have tons of picks so that wasn't a problem. The bag isn't anything special, it just holds the guitar and can be held like a backpack or a briefcase. I suppose it protects the guitar from minor things, but it's no solid case. The tuner works just fine, you blow air into there and hear a note, then tune your guitar accordingly. Sweet simple stuff. Also, the guitar is a nice shiny black, which is just what I sought after. The only real problem is that the guitar only has one hook for the shoulder strap, so the other side has to be tied around the fret board or the head stock, however, I usually play sitting down, so not a problem for me.Anyhow, I give this guitar 5 stars simply because you cannot get better for the price. Usually a "cheap" guitar is at least $50, which is largely different than the $33 ($20 + $13 shipping) I paid for this. If you're a beginner, poor, or just need another guitar for the occasional playing, definitely get this solely because it works as a guitar should.

I'm a qualified guitarist and elementary music teacher. I've been playing about 40 yrs and I've purchased ended 100 various guitars for my school's guitar program. I look into the reviews on this guitar and the natural finish model and I was curious as well as disbelieving. The fee listed for this guitar on Amazon was $18.50!! With the intention of was scary despondent. The numerous positive reviews and great pictures on the site made me shape to take a chance and hold this guitar. I went ahead and ordered three of them...what the heck! Long story fleeting, they at home just 4 days with I ordered them. They were packaged very well. Initially things initially, THIS IS NOT A TOY GUITAR. They looked EXACTLY like the photos. Yes, you can smell the black gloss paint...it's not with the intention of bad. TUNING was NOT a problem. Most guitars are shipped from the manufacturer with the strings loose in peacefulness to relieve tension on the narrow part and as to prevent string breakage during shipping. It takes a little time (maybe 24 hrs) for strings to settle and hold tuning. I took each guitar made known of the box and with tuning and stretching the strings and re-tuning, it held well and I was capable to play my typical songs. My ONLY complaint is with the intention of there are no position markers on the side of the narrow part as most guitars have. This will make it hard for most to play up the narrow part keep for remember - I purchased this guitar for beginners. Most of what they will play is in the 1st position on just the initially three frets. Yes, it comes with steel strings. No strings broke during tuning and playing keep for I will probably change them to nylons to pause true to a classical guitar. This is an excellent buy for most beginners.

When I dissipate 40 dollars on a guitar I am not in the family tree way much. Lets get all the evident material out of the way: The guitar bag it comes with doesnt fit, the "tuner" is in fact a pitch pipe (I mean it facility but dont call it a tuner) the pick it comes with is ridiculously huge (Irreverently I have very generous hands so I am able to use it if I want, I just dont) and the strings it comes with are absurd and must be replaced at once. The Guitar Strap is too fleeting to be usable on an accoustic guitar except you add a strap pin at the base of the neck. That life said...I didnt buy this for the bag, the "tuner", the pick, or the strings. I paid the 40$ for an accoustic/gripping guitar. So lets look at that.the wood used for the guitar body has a very fragile feel to it (like if you dropped the guitar onto a hard go up it might not be able to take the fall. (As a theme of fact I in fact did just that and the guitar survived just fine, but it still feels excessively set alight) The neck is made of well-built sufficient wood and the action on the strings is in fact remarkably easy on your fingers. This guitar does have one very DIRE inadequacy that I establish: The wood glue used to affix the neck to the body came undone just by my tapering the strings. (I dont mean it fell away from each additional, I mean you saw it starting to seperate from the body) Here is a very easy solution to this conundrum. I drilled a small hole aptly dead crucial top where the neck meets the body and then drilled a 3 inch drywall screw into it, affixing the neck to the body. No more tribulations after that. (Some might nag that they shouldnt have to do such a business...to which I reply, its a 40 dollar accoustic gripping guitar, if thats all you have to do to make it playable then its not that big a deal) If anything I think if the companionship ongoing responsibility this themselves that would be just fine as it doesnt hurt the sound at all.The sound is only one of its kind...it sounds like a low-cost guitar. its the best way to describe it. I dont mean this in a bad way; this is in fact a sound many musicians try to start (Primarily clever for before a live audience blues). The lack of dots on the fretboard can be disorienting at at the start but its not anything foremost and if it actually bothers you you may maybe add your own I infer. Ive seen a lot of reviews adage this is only good as maybe a beginner guitar. I would argue and if anything I would say the opposite...except you have some clad encounter with guitars I wouldnt recommend this. But if you know guitars and are looking for a in tears with a stark poor mans blues sound that you just want to play with for your own amusement then this guitar is fine. The equalizer in fact facility very well and sound comes through loud and apparent on any amplifier. If you put some clad strings on it then it holds its tune very well once youve screwed the neck to the body.I would say this is an okay guitar once you make the one modification I described. I in fact get a kick out of before a live audience it. For 40 bucks, to me it was well value it, just know what you are being paid is all.

All I really wanted was a starter guitar to test out and see if I liked the instrument. This manufactured goods fit the bill very nicely, and was cheap enough to not be a major risk (almost $40 including shipping). I could not be happier with my purchase. The guitar is as advertised, it's full-size (38"), and comes fully stringed and well packaged. The tuner that comes with it is more like a kazoo than anything, but it actually does work once you get the hang of it (it's what you force call a manual tuner, I was in the family way electronic). It's not a big deal though, the tuner DOES work with you understand how to use it, and even if you don't like it, there are plenty of free guitar tuners online. The carrying case that it comes with is made of the cheaper plastic/cloth notes low-end gym bags are made of, but it does it's job of maintenance the guitar dust-free. The shoulder strap that comes with it is also someone cheaply made, but again does the job. It's a starter guitar, but it's perfect for what I wanted it for: a cheap investment to get started in guitar. If I can stab with it I'll get a better one down the road, but if not I'm only out a total of $40.I'm happy with my purchase. It looks like a guitar, it sounds like a guitar, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!

This guitar is not the peak feature as for as finishes are apprehensive ,even if I was actually satified including the signal and the way it stays in refrain .I bought it only as a in trade up do guitar and would reccomend it for beginner guitar .

I'm torn in this area reviewing this guitar. Initially off, there is nothing redeeming in this area the instrument. I immediately snapped the initially thread while austerely tuning it. Approximately calculate ago tuned, not any of the strings vibrated cleanly in open position. They all had a "play" to them. The sound was a modest better as a fret was pressed; however, on the following thread, the pitch remained the constant until I pressed the fourth fret. The initially three frets had absolutely no preview on the note. On the feature of the guitar was a affront chime, which sincerely affected the integrity of the organize. I had no skepticism my ten-year-old could easily cave in the entire feature of the guitar with the slightest difficulty on with the intention of one stain. Now at that calculate, to the company. This is why I am so conflicted. I could not be inflicted with expected better customer benefit. They immediately took my concerns to sensitivity, asked if I sought after a substitution or refund, and quickly and painlessly refunded my money on ask for. They didn't even ask me to return the guitar to them, since they "didn't want to trouble me further" (my translation is with the intention of they admit the guitar holds no regard for them either, so they don't want it). If I could produce two break reviews I would produce the guitar the single star, but the company would get five stars. The upshot is: don't buy this guitar for any reason, but don't be worried in this area doing affair with the peddler for any reason.
