I bought this cutaway Giannini GWNE18CTEL from Amazon at a great price ($125) with free shipping built-in! For the price, it is hard to beat; primarily when I compared it in self to other guitars like the Fender CDN240 and the Ibanez GA5TCE. Don't get me wrong...those are also great models(in fact the close on the Ibanez is fantastic). This Giannini has a much slimmer neck compared to your ordinary classical guitar, which makes culture easy. Though the less-than probable feature close like a few dull areas on the back and minor pockmarked spray areas almost the neck joint will get noticed...but it will do for a apprentice or scoured player. It has solid metal tuners with fake knobs, which hold tightly. Inflection is clad. The glue could have been best in some seats; but can be easliy cleaned up. I like the fact that it is made in Brazil, and not in China. The wood type, called "PAU-FERRO / MORADO" on the body and neck are scarce...but cool and in fact give it a good sound. Exchange the strings with some nice D'Addarios, as this will momentously boost the sound feature. Top is a dapper wood (mine also had 'quilt' type patterns in it). I lived in Brazil for a little and was under the impression that these guitars were skilled quality, so as I got back I ordered this one. I know it is at the cheaper end of their guitars but I was exceptionally disappointed. The action was unplayability high for me, the wood was rough in some seats, and the close had by now started pealing on the narrow section. I be inflicted including a low-deprivation classical acoustic I bought for [...] bucks and it feels and sounds best than this one. I didn't plug it in, I just took it out of the box played it for in this area 15 minutes and stuck it back in and returned it. There are much best options in the price range, trust me.
