Received the guitar in 7 days with free shipping. IMO, extremely instant compelling into account I'm in Tokyo! However, the guitar had a tiny crack in the dapper top aptly at the top edge of the abilone inlay. I don't reconcile it was shipping damage since the box was not damaged, however it was shipped in just the triangular first manufacturer box with just a couple pieces of tape wrapped around the box at only two seats. Damage may have been due to an hasty temperature exchange during shipping, but I reconcile it was probably a manufacture/inspection issue. I at once went online and in black and white out the restore categorize, etc., and requested a replacement guitar be sent. To my bolt from the blue, less than a day later, Amazon had by now shipped a replacement! I assumed Amazon would need to hear my restore former to shipping a replacement. I had to pay restore shipping on the damaged guitar, which Amazon would reimburse me for and estimated at approx. $8.50. The real cost for me was $27.00. I sent Amazon an email with the tracking digit and cost. Surrounded by 2 hours Amazon had credited my tab for the $27.00! All of this without even getting my restore. I received the replacement guitar in LESS THAN SIX DAYS! Remember, I'm in JAPAN! Guitar was shipped from Philadelphia. The replacement guitar was packaged much better than the first one. The first manufacturer box was packed into a larger rectangular box and by the book padded sealed. The replacement is FLAWLESS! The playability and signal are superb! One issue is the built in tuner. It is probably just my inexperience, but it seems a modest easier for me to tune by ear. All in all, this is a splendid guitar and Amazon's benefit is exceptional. I have purchased many bits and pieces from Amazon and have by no means been disappointed. This is the first time I received a damaged item, but Amazon did way more than enough to make it aptly. - W. It has a splendid signal and skilled craftsman. I be fond of the preamp including tuner keep pro I don't be fond of having to influence made known the chord early guitar including everytime I aid it so not to burn made known the 9 volt array.
