I ordered this guitar and also a Washburn WD25SCE so I could compare which I would like better and also compare the electronics. Amazon customer service was extremely caring and reimbursed me for the price of a set of strings so I could try it made known and think it over if that was the issue. Flush with extra strings it would not stay in tune so I sent it back for a replacement. The replacement was no better. Tuning was indefinable at preeminent and it almost at once broke a string. I called Washburn to request if there was a known issue with this develop and they said that there wasn't but I could take the guitar to a service center and have it set up for free. After thinking it through, I decided to send this guitar back because I had absolutely no issues with the WD25 translation, it sounds great, and stays in tune for total periods of time.I will display that Amazon customer service was great, the guitars were packaged extremely well, and I will continue to buy guitars starting Amazon. - Keith Gallagher
